Profile of PC Safety plus

As with humans, computers are not all that impervious to viruses. For its foray into the anti-virus game, Affinion has developed the software known as PC SafetyPlus.

Affinion’s brand of virus protection has all the essentials, like real-time detection and spam blockers. Additionally, the software is designed to alert computer users of new virus “strains.”

Of course, PC Safety Plus has the imperative personal firewalls. They enable the computer at hand to deflect hacker attacks and similar infiltrations.

Every PC SafetyPlus comes with protective features against spyware, which is software covertly installed in a computer that gathers information about the user, his/her system and his/her browsing habits. Often the cause of crashes and glitches, spyware is responsible for those irksome popup ads, unsolicited toolbars, and browser redirections.

To keep minors from accessing unsuitable website content, PC SafetyPlus gives their guardians copious Parental Control. PC SafetyPlus intelligently segregates content into adult, hate, weapons, drugs, web mail, and gambling.

Despite all these, the inevitable can happen — computers do break down. Fortunately, for up to $1,000, PC Safety Plus can cover the expenses of fixing computers, whether the damage is physical or virus-triggered.

For good measure, PC SafetyPlus also covers the larger damage done by identity theft, for $10,000 at most. People may not be susceptible to Trojans, but fraudsters are, in their own right, walking viruses.
